Conditions

•  Works should be unique and new in subject.

•  Works translated into Arabic language or into a foreign language are     acceptable.

•  Only new works produced during the last 3 years are acceptable.

•  Submitted works should not have participated or won prizes in any other     competitions.

•  The presented works shall not be returned back to the participants.

•  Participants must abide with honesty and fidelity in translation.

•  Participant must have obtained permission from the copyright owner.

•  Winners shall be invited to a prize distribution ceremony during SIBF.

•  The works must be submitted a month and a half prior the next session of     SIBF.

•  The result shall be declared before starting the current session of SIBF.

Documentations required:

•  3 copies of the original work and it's translation.

•  Filling of the nomination form.

•  Copy of the passport or identification.

•  Full address, telephone numbers and email address.

•  CV

•  A self declaration that the book had not won any prizes before.

•  Proof of copyright owner's permission for translation.
